When muscle meets yoga, Yoga Sculpt is born. Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks. You’ll combine free weights with CorePower Yoga 2 sequencing and cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls.

WHAT IS THE DONAMATRIX WORKOUT?

The DONAMATRIX WORKOUT is a resista-band based full body workout, infusing the signature DONAMATRIX METHODOLOGY

The DONAMATRIX METHODOLOGY resembles a 4 quarter sports game combined with rest periods after each quarter. Each quarter is designed with 2 exercises for 3 sets.

The DONAMATRIX WORKOUT consists of cardio and resistance exercises that burn body fat and increases lean muscle mass for Rated R Results.

Participants will receive FREE bottles of BODYARMOR during rest periods for this class.
