Corepower Yoga Sculpt

When muscle meets yoga, Yoga Sculpt is born. Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks. You’ll combine free weights with CorePower Yoga 2 sequencing and cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls.



How to Get a Six Pack Without Crunches
Saturday and Sunday at 12pm

Dr. Ivan will give participants the strategies, techniques and nutrition needed to get that ultimate beach body and flat stomach without ever doing a crunch. He will focus on three key areas: strength, nutrition and intensity.

The exercise session will be a 30 minute tabata style workout, including a warm up, exercise routine for core and strength, and cool down. Afterward there will be a 15-minute Q&A session. 


Maria Kang: Belly Ball Workout and Massage
Saturday and Sunday at 1pm

Join Maria Kang, author of No Excuses Diet, founder of the International NO More Excuse Mom organization and creator of the Belly Ball, the first massage ball developed for the belly. She will share her secrets to getting a flat tummy and improving your digestive/gut health. Learn how to massage your belly, eliminate bloating, reduce cramps, promote digestion and strengthen your core in this 20 minute session. 


Make Your Body Your Machine with TRX Training from Varimax Fitness
Saturday and Sunday at 2pm 

You’ll use your body weight, gravity and TRX Training equipment to push, pull, lunge, squat, hinge and plank your way to a better you. Expect to move, sweat, smile, and above all, have a great full body workout experience. This demo will teach you the basic fundamentals of TRX Training, while focusing on core strength and proper body movements. All Varimax Fitness Staff are Certified TRX Trainers, and will lead you through the workout.

Kids Jiu Jitsu Workshop

The kids Jiu Jitsu workshop will cover basic submissions, sweeps and transitions. Our goal is to show how versatile the art of Jiu Jitsu is, and the benefits it will have on the kids, mentally and physically. Jiu Jitsu allows kids to better understand their own body, and mind. It forces them to put themselves into uncomfortable situations, and discover a safe and productive way out. Today many kids face the issue of bullying, and Jiu Jitsu is an excellent way to build each students confidence and skills to handle these situations.
