Free Flow Academy will be performing amazing demos and hosting Parkour, Aerial, and Breakdance workshops all weekend at the Expo. Don't miss your chance to learn, play, re-connect with your inner child, while getting a great dynamic movement workout!

Saturday 

11am - Parkour Performance

11:30am-12:00pm - Parkour & Freerunning Workshop (Open Age)

(Learn the basics to training safely and effectively in Parkour 

using skill-based progressions and conditioning regimes).

12:00pm-12:45pm – Parkour Open Play Session (Open Age)

1:00pm - Aerial Silks Performance

1:30pm-2:00pm - Aerial Silks Workshop (Open Age)

(Learn basic climbing techniques in Aerial Silks as well as some basic

skills to move and adapt in an aerial environment).

2:15pm – Lyra Performance

2:30pm-3:00pm – Lyra Workshop (Open Age)

(Learn Lyra a.k.a. “Aerial Hoop” skills and techniques to move and adapt in an aerial environment).

3:30pm - 4:00 - Parkour Open Play Session (Open Age)

4:00pm – 4:30pm - Stunt & Film Workshop (Open Age)

(Interested in working in movies as an actor or stunt player?  Join this workshop and learn from Hollywood pros – fight choreography, parkour, falls, and camera techniques).

RAISE UP: Master Your Bodyweight

Learn about calisthenics by watching a demonstration by pro athletes, asking questions, viewing a free movie screening, or participating in a variety of workshops!

Hydrostatic Body Fat Testing 

"Get Tanked!"

You've always wanted to know your body fat percentage so come get tanked with us.  If you've ever wanted to get started on a plan to make real progress, or want to get back on track, getting your body fat tested in our hydrostatic tank is a great way to precisely benchmark your fitness. 

Getting dunked takes just 10 minutes from inside our private trailer which includes a heated dunk tank and changing room. Afterward, you'll get a detailed report to keep, showing:
- Your fat and fat-free body mass, as percentages and in actual weight
- How much fat, if any, you need to lose to achieve your desired body composition
- How many calories per day you burn without exercising—unique to you
- How many calories you burn from different exercises—again, specifically for your body
- Where you are on a scale of ideal body fat for your age and gender
- Your history, if you've been tested before
